After you sign up, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to clearly understand your current challenges. New clients will get a 30-minute kickoff call to make sure the plan is on point.
If you have relevant existing tickets open in the support system, we’ll just use those.
You will have me for up to an hour where we’ll try and cover as much ground on either a bi-weekly or weekly basis (depending on the plan you’d prefer). That might look like improving a workflow, building reports, cleaning up your data, or putting automations in place — whatever moves you forward fastest.
You’ll have access to the recording so you can review it at anytime.
Once we begin, you can email me anytime with questions or ideas without worry of me tracking any hours. I respond personally within two business day or sooner. I won’t do all the work for you; you’ll instead know how and be “unblocked” so you get to your stated goals.
