Control your CRM costs

With most commercial CRMs, you don’t have that much control for what you pay. Growth pushes you into higher tiers, adds fees for extra user seats, and features you need can be locked behind pricier plans.

CiviCRM doesn’t play that game. You can grow as big as what value you delivering your constituents. And it comes with tons of power out of the box and through extensions you can try.

Here’s the deal:

Besides the hosting and maintenance level work, you have flexibility.

And that means CiviCRM can work on your budget — whether you’re OK with the out of the box limitations or want more. Though I will tell you it may take a while for you to hit that, which is a good sign! Then if you want advanced automation, integrations, or custom workflows, you can add them when you can make a solid business for it.

And you get to decide how. Have extra resources internally, roll up your sleeves and do it yourself, or bring in a CiviCRM partner when you want extra help.

Need larger hosting? Fairly simple to make that adjustment. Want to automate more admin work? That’s an improvement you’re even thinking about because the system is already delivering value.

The point is, you stay in control. You pay for what you want, when you want.
