A checklist to think about:
- Sufficient Contact Record: Is important information included, like email addresses or phone numbers to properly know who the person is so deduping works?
- Consistent Formatting: Are specific data fields in their own column?
- Single source per “entity”: If you have a single source for each of the following: contacts, contributions, and memberships that will make it easier on you.
- Normalized data: Data is normalized, meaning it is consistently in the same format for each column. If you are currently using a CRM or separate donation system, good news, it will be by default normalized and ready to go.
Unlimited support for 30 days empowers you to get “CRM muscle memory” by putting you in the driver seat. I won’t do it for you; the goal is unblocking you to do it on yourself.
Think of it is a crash course using your real needs. Aside from how-to’s or general questions that I’ll happily answer, you’ll benefit from getting upskilled and more self-reliant for the long-run. After all, you know your organization better than anyone else.
