Master your CiviCRM

CiviCRM Strategy & Advisory

Start mastering the use of CiviCRM so you can operate more effectively. Save time by doing it right the first time.

CRM Underutilization

Are you ready to invest to take your CRM utilization to the next level? Advisory help might be for you.

CRM’s are complex pieces of software. CiviCRM and open source tech is meant to be customized by you. BUT, seemingly endless functionality options means you have consequential decisions to keep it running smoothly for the long-term with hygienic data. All aligned with your nonprofit’s way of doing things.

And let’s be honest, you don’t have unlimited time to fiddle with software that a “trial and error” approach could get you. Opportunity costs will cost you. That’s why working with a CiviCRM partner very often saves you a lot of time, money and heartache in the end.

Here’s the bottom line. Your CRM must be a tool that works to build real social connection with your members, donors and event participants to be successful. Not just a glorified email marketing tool. Not just a CRM someone else set up but left you in the dark as to how it “works”.

Ask yourself: Is your CRM,

  • Making it difficult to build the kind of relationships that will take you to the next level?
  • Cumbersome to gather meaningful insights because your data structure is misaligned?
  • Difficult to meaningfully search for people that haven’t taken certain actions?
  • Requiring too many clicks to accomplish many of your tasks?
  • Causing you to implement band-aid fixes that “get the job done” for short-term gain but that ends up costing you down the road and tying you in a knot?

Proactive Guidance

Strategic, fast support. Peace of mind to do more.

I’m determined to change all that. Imagine advancing your goals with CiviCRM becoming a multiplier of efficiency and tool for constituent clarity. You are empowered and when you aren’t exactly sure the best approach, you get no-nonsense support and get back to going about your day. You started your work in the nonprofit sector to do more; if you are feeling held back, it may be good idea to take action now to meaningfully change that.

Here are some common reasons why knowing how to use your CiviCRM better can pay off many times over:

  • You’re cultivating relationships that pay of in new donors, volunteers and committed advocates
  • Start tracking reliably what matters and be able to adjust this with ease
  • Quickly generate lists of donor opportunities from past activities (or lack there of!) and start converting this into real revenue for your cause
  • Your system starts to feel like it’s on semi-autopilot because you’ve automate tasks and workflows to save precious staff and volunteer time
  • When new challenges and requirements arise, you are confident in extending what you have without fearing you are creating “workarounds” or “technical debt” long-term.
  • You have more time to focus on your mission, raise more money…just have more success by off-loading the areas that distract or pull you away from your core mission.

Getting started

How it works

All I need on your end is the designated person that oversees your CRM.

After you sign up, you’ll receive a questionnaire to clearly diagnose and understand your current challenges. If you have relevant existing tickets open in the support system, we’ll just use those.

We’ll use focused sessions to work through your priorities, make decisions, and keep progress moving. Sessions are spaced so you have time to put recommendations into practice and bring back what you learn. That might look like improving a workflow, building reports, cleaning up your data, or putting automations in place — whatever moves you forward fastest.

You’ll have access to the recordings afterward.

Once we begin, you can email me anytime with questions or ideas without worrying about tracked hours. I’ll respond personally within one business day or sooner. I won’t do all the work for you—you’ll know how to move forward and stay unblocked as you work toward your goals.
